The journey to a fulfilling life starts within

Get unstuck | Find your purpose | Reconnect with yourself

Asking for help can be daunting. You just took the first step.

You might be feeling like there's something off, wrong, or incomplete in your life. You may have been feeling down, anxious, or stuck in feelings, thoughts, behaviors, or relationships that are not helpful or not working for you. Perhaps something happened that feels overwhelming, or it is just hard to find direction, purpose, and inner peace. And on top of that, you might be judging yourself for not being able to figure things out on your own.

Seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but of courage. Not a reason to feel ashamed, but to be proud. You don't need to go through this alone. Together we can find ways to improve the relationship you have with yourself and with others. We will work through the things that are getting in the way to live a more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic life.

Hope, growth, and change are possible. This is your time.

About me

Santiago Delboy, MBA, LCSW

I help people who feel stuck, trapped, broken, or confused by their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Some of them can't understand and may even hate parts of themselves. Some others just feel like there's something missing in their lives and in their relationships.

I am passionate about working with people who are curious about themselves, who want to understand what's behind their depression, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, addictions, relationship issues, low self-esteem, hopelessness, self-doubt, or shame.

Many times these issues are symptoms of past experiences of neglect, rejection, abuse or betrayal. I firmly believe that therapy can offer the possibility of repairing the wounds you may have been carrying for a long  time. I know that hope, healing, and growth are possible.

What is a Fermata?

"Fermata" is the name of a musical symbol. When placed above a sound or a moment of silence, it extends their duration based on the performer's wishes, preferences, and needs.

A Fermata is an invitation to slow down, to pause, to hold, to take a moment to breathe. It offers you the choice to become the composer and the performer of the life you want to live.
