Fermata Psychotherapy’s offices are located at the historic Monadnock Building in Downtown Chicago. The building is on the corner of Jackson Blvd. and Dearborn St, We are right next to all CTA (“L”) lines, a few steps away from the Harold Washington Library, and a 15 minute walk from Ogilvie and Union Metra stations. If you drive, there are several parking garages are nearby and you might be able to find street parking. Divvy stations are a block away.

When you get to our building, take the elevator to the 14th floor, go to our office in the south side of the building, and check-in using the tablet in our waiting room. Your therapist will come to meet you at the time of your appointment.

Driving directions

  • Taking I-90/I-94 (Kennedy Expressway)

    • Enter I-90/I-94 East (Kennedy Expressway)

    • Drive South toward Downtown Chicago (Loop)

    • Take Exit 51H for I-290/Ida B Wells Dr

    • Stay on left lane and merge onto I-290/Ida B Wells Dr

    • Drive east on Ida B Wells Dr

    • Use the left lane to turn left on S Dearborn St

    • Arrive at the corner of S Dearborn St and W Jackson Blvd

    • Monadnock Building will be on your left (53 W Jackson Blvd)

    Taking Du Sable Lake Shore Drive (US-41)

    • Enter Du Sable Lake Shore Drive and head south

    • Drive toward Downtown Chicago

    • Take Jackson Boulevard Exit and turn right

    • Head west to Michigan Avenue and turn right – take the left lane

    • Turn left onto Adams Street and head west

    • Turn left onto Clark Street and head south

    • Turn left onto West Jackson Blvd

  • Taking I-90/I-94 (Dan Ryan Expressway)

    • Enter I-90/I-94 West (Dan Ryan Expressway)

    • Drive North toward Downtown Chicago (Loop)

    • Take Exit 51H for I-290/Ida B Wells Dr

    • Make slight right turn and drive east on Ida B Wells Dr

    • Use the left lane to turn left on S Dearborn St

    • Arrive at the corner of S Dearborn St and W Jackson Blvd

    • Monadnock Building will be on your left (53 W Jackson Blvd)

    Taking Du Sable Lake Shore Drive (US-41)

    • Enter Du Sable Lake Shore Drive and head north

    • Drive toward Downtown Chicago

    • Take Jackson Boulevard Exit, turn left and head west

    • Turn right on Michigan Avenue and move to left lane

    • Turn left onto Adams Street and head west

    • Turn left onto Clark Street and head south

    • Turn left onto West Jackson Blvd
